With impeccable attention to detail, Hayley co-ordinates our team of highly skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget, enabling our clients to get on with their busy lives in the knowledge their home improvement project is in safe hands.
Hayley also heads up our design team to offer a bespoke interior design service. Having studied at the Institute of Interior Design and a graduate of the British Academy of Interior Design, Hayley combines extensive industry knowledge with a friendly, approachable attitude and individual flair.

Ray has decades of experience in the building trade and is multi-skilled in a range of disciplines. After a highly successful career, working on some of the largest football stadiums across the UK, Ray founded Abode Design & Build and returned to his passion for creating beautiful, functional and life enhancing homes. Ray has built a highly capable and skilled team of tradespeople so that our clients can benefit from a one stop shop for all their building and home improvement needs.
Ray takes time to get to know each clients individual needs and will make your budget work hard for you. He can be trusted to be practical in exploring the possibilities of your project and will always seek the best outcome for you. Ray is able to offer affordable, tailored support and advice, overseeing every aspect of your home improvement project without the price tag of larger building firms.
